Role : MIS Executive - Call Centre
1. Maintaining outbound call centre sales report.
2. Analysis of calling report.
3. Maintaining agent wise and team wise sales performance report and productivity
report. Sharing the same with management.
4. Time to time analysis of called database to check utilization as per the SLA.
Candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of MIS experience in outbound sales.
Expert in MS Excel and Power Point.
