walkin for Position : Junior / Senior / Lead Technical Recruiter - US Staffing

Experience : 1  to 8 years
Location : Suite No:  201, 2 nd Floor, Babu Khan Millennium Centre,
Somajiguda, Hyderabad.

Prutech has an established "Investment Banking Services" division, which
successfully supports and manages on-going operations of all projects with
our esteemed financial clients.  Our support team is comprised of a talented
group of senior management and technical recruiting professionals with extensive
background in Financial domain IT consulting services (We work only with Direct
Clients)

Responsibilities:

^ Strong in Niche IT skills into Banking Vertical.
^ Must be well versed with end to end recruitment process and expertise in IT
    vertical.
^ Results orientated and driven to succeed. Ability to prioritize multiple
    client needs.
^ Need Good experience of a consulting environment for searching and
    recruiting software consultants and negotiating rates, signing agreements
    and closing the opportunities.
^ The candidate will be individual contributor, who will be responsible to hire
    IT professionals on various skills.
^ Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
^ Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround  time for timely
   submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
^ Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN
    visa holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)

{} Desired Profile:

- Experience working with Direct Clients highly preferred.
- Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (W2, 1099
   and Corp to Corp)
- Good understanding of the various technologies and the ability to screen
    resumes and understand the requirement.
- Multi-task and prioritize effectively, ability to shift gears on the fly for
   multiple requirements.
- Candidate must be Organized, Ethical  and Punctual with excellent communication
    skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good understanding
   of the recruitment process
