1. Seller Support Associate SSA(Full time):

(*) The Seller Support Associate acts as as the primary interface between Amazon and our third party sellers, providing phone and / or email support governed by internal service level agreements.
(*) The SS Associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to third party sellers on the Amazon platform.
(*) The SS Associate is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation and work effectively in teams.
Education Qualification : Graduate

2.Customer Service Associate (Full-time /Fixed Term Contract):

The job involves communicating with the customers through different mediums (Chat/Phone ) by utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, review policies and communicate effective solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
           * Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication, comprehension and      
              problem solving skills.
           * Familiarity with MS-Office, Internet Explorer and good typing skills is required.
           * Candidates must be willing to work in a 24 / 7 environment.
