*Candidates with only International BPO experience should apply.
Qualifications : Any Graduate - BE, B.Tech, B.Com., / BBA/ B.Sc., / BCA
*Post graduates need not apply.
Experience : 6 months to 24 months
CTC : 2.5 - 3.2 lacs per annum
Job Profile :
- Handling inbound calls
- Trouble shooting the Technical issues of the customers
- Support US Customers
++ Excellent communication skills
++ Basic knowledge of computers - Hardware
++ Willingness to work in night shifts
