CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE & SR.CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE : Voice

A CSA /SR.CSR in this role deals with a number of incoming calls pertaining to the clients
business. The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information
to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.

<> Education Qualification:  10th , 12th , Graduate, Post-graduate(Except LLB/ Chartered-
                                            Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)
<> Travel boundary limits: Candidates should be residing within the local transport limits,
                                         Cabs provided

<> Answers incoming customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides
      outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call or chat.

<> Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
<> Typing Skills: 15wpm with 85% accuracy
