Role and Responsibilities for Facility Manager Mumbai Maharastra:
* Organize, maintain & co-ordinate all administrative functions.
* Handling day to day general administration.
* Interacts with vendors providing services and supplies.
* Preparing BOQ item specification, General & Special Conditions of Contract / Subcontracts etc.
* Provide clarifications, explanation to subcontractors / Contractor on techno-commercial issues.
* Analyzing the offers and preparing rate analysis & techno-commercial comparative.
* Negotiations with vendors / contractors and Rendering support for preparation of project budget.
* Evaluation of commercial conditions of the contract and monitoring of other commercial aspects
of the contract like invoicing, collection of payment, cost monitoring extending necessary inputs
towards preparation of various bank guarantees and insurance policies.
* Maintain close liaison with Construction / Project Managers of Owner / PMC and Project Managers
of Contractors, throughout the Contract duration, to understand the progress of work, to predict the
possible trend of changes, for early and amicable resolution of any issues.
* Taking initiatives in follow-ups with various businesses and external agencies.
Skills and Specifications:
* Excellent inter-personal / oral communication and customer service skills.
* Must be willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
* Ability to lead and motivate.
* Excellent organizational and management skills.
* Ability to handle challenging situations and problem solve.
Education and Qualification :
* Degree in Facility Management preferred.
