1. Fraud Specialist (Voice Process)
Role Summary/Purpose
Handle Customer queries on inbound calls and evaluate information on fraud / non fraud accounts.

Essential Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries on inbound calls and evaluate information on fraud / non fraud accounts.
Evaluate accounts & Block / Unblock to prevent fraud.
Calling out (as and when required) to prevent fraud.
Work on potential fraudulent application & approve / decline them basis verification done.

Qualifications/Requirements : Gruaduate or above

Desired Characteristics.
Excellent verbal and written  communication skills.
Good analytical abilities.  Work multiple tasks/queues/Clients.
Uses initiatives and resources to achieve tasks.
 Proficient in MS Office.
Flexibility to work in US shifts.
Knowledge of basic computer skills.
Age above 18 years.

2. Customer Service Representatives (Voice Process).
Role Summary/Purpose
Our customer service representatives answer the phones to respond to the general customer inquiries concerns, complaints and arrange and service requested by the customer by projecting a professional company image through phone interaction.

Essential Responsibilities:
Provide customer with product and service information
Up sell Product and Services
Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Recommend process improvements.
