Job Description (Technical Support Voice - Internal Process).
* Technical Support job vacancies kolkata Voice - International Process (Associate Level ONLY).
* Customer support to international customers over the phone for voice process(INBOUND, NO SALES).
* Excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage customer conversation
ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport for Voice Process.
* Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills.
* Candidates should be ready to work 5 day/week with 2 week Off (rotational)
* Should be flexible to work in Night Shifts job openings in kolkata as per business requirement for International process.
