* Preferred 3 languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada).
* Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media
* Uses telephones etiquette to reach out to customers and verify account information
* Cancel or update accounts
* Assist with placement of orders, refunds or other requests
* Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
* Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
* Handle product recalls
* Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
* Inform customer of deals and promotions
* Sell products and services as and when required
* Utilize computer technology handle high call volumes
* Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
* Compile reports an overall customer satisfaction or any other report as and when required
* Refer scripts to answer queries for (FRD)
* Handle changes in policies or renewals
* Handle escalations as and when required
Basic Email etiquette's
Minimum educational qualifications: Any graduate
Languages required : English, Hindi, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali, etc.
