Job Designation : Customer Relationship Officer

Experience : 1 - 3 years

Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibility : 

() Attending all mapped CAMS clients who have come for surrender on phone.
() Contact customers whose policies have lapsed, convince them to revive policies and
    ensure closure
()  Ensure that for 80% of calls made customers are willing to reinstate policies
()  Adhere to quality parameters and provide customer service as per the defined
     metrics.
()  Undertake re-instatement of policies based on defined target per month.
()  Ensure case closure through premium collection, interest & pending documentation
     if any
()  Co-ordinate with allied departments for queries pertaining to premiums, pending
     documents if any

Desired skills :

= Proficiency in local languages or Hindi as applicable a strong focus on delivery.
= Experience in insurance client servicing/mutual funds/stock industry will be added
    advantage.
=  1 - 3 years experience Frontline Sales / Persistency/ Retention experience - preferably in
     Financial Services
=  Graduate in relevant field, with sales management and communication skills.
