Job Description :
Candidate will be responsible for internal hiring, will coordinate with hiring managers, good knowledge in
sourcing, shortlisting profiles through various job portals like naukri.com/ monster.com etc., and consultancies and running overall recruitment process in IT Hardware & Networking/ Telecom domain.
Conducting telephonic interviews
Conducting induction, joining formalities, creating offer letters
Sound knowledge ofMS office / MS outlook
Should have experience to hire candidates like Desktop Support Engineer, Data Centre Engineer, Networking Engineer, Asset Engineer, Team Lead-Asset, Team Lead-Desktop Support, OSS/BSS Engineer, DoT Net Developers etc
