HR Executive will be responsible for people development in order to
strengthen the productive work force and work culture of the company
by timely communication and regulation of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities :

^^ Communicate, manage and implement the human resources policies,
     procedures and practices for all designated employees.
^^ Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance
     with applicable labour laws and company regulations.
^^ Implement the Performance Management Process for the employees
     including but not limited to monitoring the performance of employees on an
     on-going basis and conducting an annual performance review.
^^ Recommend and implement strategic directions for people development
      within the company.
^^  Arrange one to one meetings with the staff on a regular basis and provide
      counseling and assistance to all designated employees in accordance with
      the company's policies and procedures.
^^  Perform root - cause analysis of HR related issues whenever escalated.
^^  Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and
       reduce the attrition.
^^   Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives.
^^   Execute any other assigned duties as per business requirement.

Candidate Profile :

**Note that the openings are in both day and night shift. Candidates applying for
night shift need to have experience of working in night shift.

Skills/Expertise :

==   Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
==   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and
        Power point.
==    Ability to exercise judgement within procedures  and practices to determine
         appropriate action.
==    Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work
         requirements to meet deadlines.
==    Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.
==    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Work Experience : 2 to 4 years in HR-Generalist profile.

Education : Graduate in any stream with relevant experience can apply.

Experience : 2 to  5 years

Compensation:

CTC: 3-5 lacs per annum (salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate).
