Job description :
The candidate should have experience in KYC/AML (quality analysis)

- Highly motivated individual who is competent with a diversified experience in AML KYC operations.
- Understanding of AML KYC regulations are must.
- Compliance, Audit & Regulatory experience.
- Strong knowledge of KYC acquired working in a similar role, client on boarding space within the
- Sound knowledge of Banking and financial markets products, processes and technology platforms.
- Knowledge of corporate and investment banking.
- Manage initiatives supporting continual QA process.
- Improvements and their integration with other process development activities.
- Monitor adherence to established test standards and procedures.
- Read and interpret client correctness and completeness of the AML KYC documents
- Apply experience and judgement in accurately indexing data using the defined rules/ source
- Review and report findings, provide feedback as required
- Notify supervisor in case of any problems or challenges
- Perform quality controls as part of the peer to peer checks, if assigned by supervisor
- Conduct training to team as and when required.
- Requirements to be determined by supervisor.
- Ability to work independently and deliver against commitments
- Quality assurance/ compliance and / or audit skills
- Candidates should be willing to work for shifts
- Certification in either corporate investment banking is required
- Certification in AML/ KYC is preferred.
Experience : 1-3 years

Salary : 3.6 lpa + transportation (pick up & drop)
