Job position : EXECUTIVE - MIS
Education : Graduate / Undergraduate
Shift : Night Shift
Salary : 15k to 20k (based on evaluation)
Experience : A minimum of 2 year of experience out of which 1 year should have been in MIS in the call center industry.
Technical Skills :
^ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel including writing formulae,charting and generating pivot tables and pivot charts.
^ Familiarity with other MS Office Products like MS Access and MS Power point
^ Familiarity with handling databases and SWL scripting would be an added advantage.
Role Responsibility :
<> Delivery of reports with highest quality and accuracy.
<> Troubleshooting & validation of various data requests.
<> Catering to reporting requirements from Operations
<> Documentation of reporting process to ensure backup and consistency.
Nature of Employment : Contract - 6 months
